Our 25 foot Class 4 CCA Treated Southern Yellow Pine Poles are grown, debarked, and treated in the United States. They are manufactured to ANSI O5.1 specification. 25 ft utility poles are treated to the latest American Wood Preservers Association standards to prevent decay and damage from insects.

Our 25 foot wood poles are the perfect length for tennis courts and parking lots outside stores. You can add 1 light arms per side, 2 in total. Each arm can accommodate 240 lbs per arm. One of the benefits of wood poles includes a long life span.

Options Available:

Cross Arms (2 per pole, 1 per side) and Mounting Brackets. Customer is responsible for mounting Crossarm after poles are delivered. Poles do not ship with cross arms attached.

These are the lights we typically mount on the crossarms. Up to 6 lights per arm, not to exceed 240 total pounds of fixtures and hardware.

Delivery is made with a flatbed truck and the customer is responsible for offloading. Offloading requires a forklift or appropriate similar vehicle to offload ? customer supplied. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with delivery rescheduling because of improper scheduling or not having the proper offloading equipment available at the time of delivery.

Pricing: Does not include cost of shipping. Shipping is available to the lower 48 USA states. We can supply a budgetary shipping quote or a firm shipping quote that is good for 14 days to your delivery location.

Disclaimer: LED Lighting Supply is not responsible for improper loading (ie what is mounted to the pole), installation costs, or foundation design of light poles. Dimensions and specifications of poles are subject to change without notice but the pole top and butt dimensions will always be within ANSI specifications. Wood poles are the ideal option for most field projects as concrete poles require more frequent maintenance and replacement. While our main product line is southern yellow pine, we at times are able to offer other species including douglas fir and red pine. CCA treatment generally will result in the poles being free of insects for decades to come.

Please be advised that our wood poles are covered solely by a 1 year-year workmanship warranty, which ensures that the poles are free from defects from the manufacturing process, and structural integrity, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Built with CCA treatment and manufactured to ANSI O5.1 specifications, this pole provides the structural integrity needed for demanding outdoor installations.

Engineered to handle demanding conditions with a 510-600 pound construction, this direct burial pole offers 20.5 feet of above-grade height while maintaining robust load capacity. With the ability to support up to two cross arms and 240 pounds per arm, operators who need dependable lighting infrastructure will appreciate the versatile mounting options this pole provides.

Wood vs Steel Utility Poles

  • Natural insulation properties compared to conductive metal alternatives
  • Lower initial investment with proven longevity when properly treated
  • Easier field modification and cross arm attachment during installation
  • Reduced ground preparation requirements for direct burial installation
  • Sustainable material sourcing from domestic Southern Yellow Pine forests

Why This Pole Performs

  • CCA treatment process ensures long-term protection against decay and insect damage in outdoor environments
  • Class 4 rating provides optimal balance between structural strength and cost-effectiveness for medium-duty applications
  • Direct burial installation eliminates complex foundation requirements while maintaining stability
  • Tapered design from 8.753-inch base diameter to 6.684-inch top diameter optimizes wind load resistance

Installation Guide

This pole requires 4.5 feet of burial depth in properly compacted soil, leaving 20.5 feet above grade for mounting equipment. The direct burial design eliminates concrete foundation requirements in most soil conditions. Cross arms and mounting brackets are available separately and should be installed after pole placement. Additionally, proper soil compaction and backfill procedures ensure maximum stability for the 510-600 pound pole structure.
